Sorry to hear that it may be progressing. Is the new DMD working? Its sounds like you have a solid support system which is so important. from Seattle as well and recently diagnosed at 50yo very active and hope to continue my lifestyle. I just moved to Maui for the winter in hopes this will help. Wish you the best!

Dan Taylorhttp://www.destination360.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7344541164954459033.post-52098005166033844042016-08-18T08:22:12.176-04:002016-08-18T08:22:12.176-04:00Hi Portia,

I hope that the new drug you are taking has made some progress. I'd love the chance to catch up with you via social media. It seems the lesson "You never know how long you have to do something you want to do. Do it now." was taught to me in the same year as you, for very different reasons.
Anyway, I think of you often, and would love to hear from you.
Lauren Enfield Boyce
Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7344541164954459033.post-63757477230763989442016-08-13T07:10:07.308-04:002016-08-13T07:10:07.308-04:00This comment has been removed by the author.Ron Runshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07135610492500812968noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7344541164954459033.post-57271197663865594332016-08-13T07:10:00.273-04:002016-08-13T07:10:00.273-04:00Hi Portia,

With MS symptoms being so hard to make sense of, reading someone else's experience helps tremendously.
I'm curious to know of if you're still running a bit and if not, how it's been going as I wonder what I'll be going through when I have to stop. Everyone is different, but any reference point can help.
